The Wednesday market will be open through Thanksgiving with plenty of fresh fall vegetables. On October 10th, The North Carolina Farm Bureau “Healthy Living for a Lifetime” event will be at the market from 10 am—6 pm. Shop the market during our extended hours and receive free health screenings and educational materials throughout the day.     Wednesday at the Market: Spanish Brunch Cooking

    The Spanish Club of Piedmont Community College, led by Karl Fisher, will be hosting a cooking demonstration at the Person County Farmers Market, Wednesday, September 12th. The demonstration will be featuring Spanish brunch dishes including fried padrone peppers and Spanish omelette’s made with fresh local produce and eggs from market vendors and samples will be served. Come join the fun at the Person County Farmers Market from 5 – 6 p.m. Wednesday for the cooking demo! The Market will be open through Thanksgiving!
