Saturday’s Person County Farmers Market will host cookbook author Sheri Castle who will demonstrate no-cook Southern recipes for these dog days of Summer!
She will be doing a cooking demonstration and promoting her new cookbook The Southern Living Community Cookbook”  due out in October.  Please welcome her back to our market and enjoy what she has to teach – she’s always a great resource for Southern Cuisine!

Also, Person County Beekeepers Association will have an information booth, answering all your questions from Hive to Comb and sell you some of the best honey our local honeybees have to offer.  Bee There!

Saudade Farm will bring pasture-raised eggs

Blue Crown Farm will have:
Tomatoes, Italian and Japanese Eggplant, & Squash.

Cloverfield Farms will be bringing tomatoes, melons, chile peppers, okra and honey.

Susan Korn of Korn Creations will be bringing her polished stones and handmade jewelry to market Saturday! Her necklaces and earrings are made with many elements including handmade beads, different stones such as amethyst, rose quartz, jade, turquoise, and many other ingredients that produce elegant jewelry at affordable prices.

Stillwater Farm and Foods will have both chicken and duck eggs!

Aiken Farm will bring:
Butter beans
Purple hull peas
Squash
Tomatoes
Red peppers

Chrystal Hardt will have photo cards to sell and will be doing a painting demonstration!

Rogers Cattle Company will bring their grass-fed and pasture-raised beef, pork and lamb.

4M Farm will bring green beans, cantaloupes, watermelons, sweet peppers, cucumbers, squash and shucked corn!
